Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Outflee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of outfleebd.com, your customer account and any order placed through the website. By visiting the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • "Outflee", "we", "us" or "our" means the Outflee online store and its authorised operators in Bangladesh.
  • "You", "your" or "customer" means the person accessing the website or purchasing a product.
  • "Product" means any item offered for sale through outfleebd.com.
  • "Order" means a request submitted through our checkout to purchase one or more products.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase or act with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate name, mobile number, delivery address and payment information. You are responsible for keeping account access and verification codes confidential.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We try to present product descriptions, measurements, colours, photographs, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting and production variation may cause a colour or finish to appear slightly different. Please review the description and size information before ordering. Images are illustrative and packaging may change without affecting the product itself.

4. AVAILABILITY AND STOCK

Products, colours and sizes are subject to availability. Adding an item to a cart does not guarantee stock. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may contact you to offer an alternative, remove the unavailable item, issue an applicable refund or cancel the order.

5. PRICES, CHARGES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, discounts and the final payable amount are shown during checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing or calculation error before accepting or dispatching an order. Payment must be made through a method shown at checkout. Never share a payment PIN or OTP with us.

6. ORDER SUBMISSION AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting checkout creates an order request; it does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to verify your mobile number, address, payment or order details. An order may be refused or cancelled for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, payment failure, stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, pricing error or misuse of the website. If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange the applicable refund through a reasonable method.

7. DELIVERY

We deliver through third-party courier partners. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by location, weather, public holidays, courier capacity, incorrect customer information or events outside our reasonable control. You must provide an address and phone number where the courier can reach you and should inspect the parcel promptly after delivery.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Return and exchange eligibility is governed by the Return & Exchange Policy published on this website. The item must satisfy that policy's time limit and condition requirements. Delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival or different from what was ordered. Refund timing may depend on inspection and the payment provider.

9. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Coupon codes and promotions may have separate conditions, expiry dates, minimum order values, product exclusions or usage limits. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after an order has been completed. We may cancel a promotion affected by fraud, abuse or a clear technical error.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

  • interfere with website security, performance, accounts or checkout;
  • upload malicious code or attempt unauthorised access;
  • scrape, copy or commercially exploit website content without permission;

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Outflee name, logos, product photography, graphics, written content, page design and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Outflee and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal shopping use is allowed; reproduction, resale, publication or commercial use requires prior written permission.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Courier, payment, social-media and other third-party services may be used to complete an order or provide a website feature. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies. Outflee is not responsible for an external service beyond the extent required by applicable law.

13. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Outflee will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruption, customer misuse or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

14. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We may restrict or close an account, cancel an order or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, fraud or abuse has occurred, or action is necessary to protect customers, Outflee or a service provider. Obligations relating to payment, ownership, liability and dispute resolution survive termination where applicable.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Please contact Outflee Customer Care first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. Any unresolved dispute may be submitted to the courts or competent authorities of Bangladesh, subject to applicable law.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal obligations. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Changes apply from publication unless a later date is stated.
